This project, featuring a plot with an old windmill tower, is currently for sale. The clients asked us to design a home concept that incorporates the existing tower. The tower itself contains a kitchen on the ground floor, a wardrobe and washing room on the second floor, and a master bedroom with beautiful views over the surrounding fields on the third floor.

Our design places the tower as a central element within a rectangular grid, connecting all new living spaces. Around the tower, we created a concrete column grid layout that organizes the home into two distinctive wings: a tranquil night wing with children’s bedrooms on one side, and light-filled day areas for living and gathering on the other. The exterior spaces within the grid include a swimming pool on one side and a herb garden on the other, both accessible from the tower’s ground-floor kitchen and dining area.
